HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY? 

If your jewelry is treated with care and love it should last a lifetime! Please do not wear your jewelry in the water or get wet as it could jeopardize the lifespan. To clean use a damp cloth and wipe with alcohol or acetone. Be careful not to apply too much pressure. This could cause the piece to bend. Store in a safe place to not bend or scratch. The longevity of my pieces is very important to me, please contact me if you have any issues with your jewelry!

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING- All Domestic orders shipped via USPS first class mail (2-4 Business Days) Shipping speeds listed are estimates and do not include the time it takes to hand make your item. All domestic shipments include tracking!

 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAP?

All orders come automatically gift wrapped with love & a handwritten message to you, the buyer!  If this order is a gift and you would like a special gift note included inside the packaging please let me know!

Due to the nature of custom items returns are not accepted on anything custom. Returns accepted on ready to ship items. To return please contact me within 30 days of your order date. Shop Mranz is not responsible for return shipping.
